Our passion for a Keto Lifestyle began in February 2018 when our oldest son (Brandon) was diagnosed with ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia). At time of diagnosis we were given a 30% survival rate; as a parent I immediately took to the internet and searched "cures for cancer," one of the first responses was the Ketogenic Lifestyle. The no sugar & clean eating helps defend & reduce the spread of cancer. Sugar FEEDS cancer #teamNOsugar!!  

Location

Our Oviedo Mall location is a baby extension of our larger storefront bakery in St. Cloud, FL.  Offering a large variety of hand made keto baked treats and savory eats (all treats are manufactured in our main bakery location).  Ranging from fudgy brownies, to muffins and whoopie cookies.  

Shipping orders are processed within 5-7 business days and are shipped from the main bakery.  

Pick Up orders are typically ready within 24 hours (please note we are closed on Sunday & Monday.)  The Keto Cafe now offers small selection of Ready Made Cakes - please call to see availability!  

Ready Made Cakes can be provided within 24 hours and custom cake orders require up to 3 business days.  

YES - Everything is Keto & YES - we are a Dedicated Gluten FREE Bakery.  We do carry a selection of Vegan, Egg Free, Dairy Free & Soy Free options.
